📜 Why Gear Matters in LLD 
At low levels, every little stat counts. The right +damage jewel, FHR breakpoint, or Faster Cast Rate ring can mean the difference between winning and losing. Unlike high-level PvP, most LLD gear can be shopped, crafted, or traded without insane wealth.


🏪 Where to Shop 
Many of the best LLD bases and items can be purchased directly from NPC vendors in Normal difficulty.

• Charsi (Act 1) → 2-socket armor, low-level weapons. 
  
• Gheed (Act 1) → Gamble rings, amulets, and gloves. 
  
• Fara (Act 2) → Scepters, armor, and shields. 
  
• Drognan (Act 2) → Staves and wands with +skills (important for casters). 
  
• Ormus (Act 3) → Orbs for Sorceress builds. 
  
• Anya (Act 5) → Claws, bows, javelins, and nice armor options. 
  

💡 Tip: Reset vendors by leaving town and re-entering (or using a waypoint). This refreshes their inventory quickly.


💎 Key Gear Types for LLD

• Socketed Armor & Helms → 2–4 socket armor and 2–3 socket helms filled with +max damage or resist jewels. 
  
• Weapons → Look for high base damage 1H weapons (Flails, Military Picks, Crystal Swords) or class-specific ones (Javelins, Claws, Wands). 
  
• Shields → Paladin shields with innate resistances are especially strong. 
  
• Rings & Amulets → Prioritize Faster Cast Rate (casters), +stats, and resistances. 
  
• Belts, Gloves, Boots → Vendor/gamble for life, faster run/walk, IAS, and resists. 
  
• Charms → Max damage + AR small charms, or life charms at every level possible. 
  

⚒️ Crafting for LLD 
Crafted gear is often best in slot for many builds.

• Blood Gloves → IAS, life, crushing blow. Great for melee duelers. 
  
• Caster Amulets → FCR, mana, life. Amazing for casters at lvl 29. 
  
• Hitpower Gloves/Belts → Knockback can be useful for ranged builds. 
  

💡 Remember: Crafted items take the required level of the highest affix +10, so plan carefully to keep it within your bracket.

• Refresh vendors often — patience pays off. 
• Don't waste jewels — +max damage or resist jewels are invaluable.
